Office Description:

Join our new endodontic office equipped with the latest modern technology. We prioritize your safety with strict COVID protocols and provide all necessary PPE.

We are seeking a motivated and talented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to be the primary point of contact for our patients. The Full-time RDA will welcome patients, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and build strong patient relationships. A strong communicator with a passion for excellent care and customer service is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

- Patient check-in

- Answer phone calls and set appointments

- Verify insurance and provider information

- Take radiographs

- Assist chairside during procedures

- Sterilize instruments and equipment

- Document the doctor’s endodontic and periodontal charting and consent reviews

- Set up and break down endodontic rooms and trays

- Place and remove rubber dams

- Manage endodontic file, rotary, and instrument inventory

Requirements:

- Must be registered with the state

- Bilingual (preferred)

- 1-2 years of experience preferred

- Ability to handle patient concerns proactively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Quick learner for new procedures and processes

- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative

- Proficient in computer skills

- Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods

Please note that the responsibilities listed are not exhaustive, and you may be asked to assist with additional tasks as directed by the Endodontist.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time  

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour  

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday  

Experience:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)  

- Computer skills: 1 year (required)  

Language:

- English and Spanish (preferred)  

License/Certification:

- Certified Dental Assistant (required)  

- Registered Dental Assistant (required)  

- CPR Certification (required)  

Ability to Relocate:

- Houston, TX 77004: Must relocate before starting work (required)
