Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are looking for an experienced full-time RDA to join our team. Being bilingual is a plus, as we have several Spanish-speaking patients. Our office operates Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a required arrival time of 8:30 AM. As a private practice, we place a high value on strong staff-patient relationships, so a friendly and outgoing attitude is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with various dental procedures in a general dentistry setting

- Support the dentist in delivering high-quality patient care

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental assistant

- Knowledgeable in general dentistry

- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required

Compensation:

- Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

- Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
