Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

HIC Dental, a privately owned general dental practice, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to become a key member of our team. We are a close-knit practice with a solo doctor, solo hygienist, a front office manager, and a Lead RDA. We are now looking to add a second RDA to assist with x-rays, chairside duties, alginate impressions, phone calls, and appointment scheduling as needed.

We are a cozy, patient-focused practice dedicated to providing personalized care. Our operating hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We offer a stable work environment with a great work-life balance.

Job Details:

- Job Type: Full-time

- Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

- Expected Hours: 32 – 36 per week

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1 year of dental assisting preferred

- License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant Certification required

- Relocation: Must be able to relocate to San Antonio, TX 78217 before starting work
