Registered Dental Assistant

Our prestigious implant and cosmetic dental practice is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about patient care, possess exceptional communication skills, and are dedicated to delivering top-notch care, we’d love to hear from you. We require a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience, available Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of additional overtime during these days.

Responsibilities:

- Perform digital dental x-rays

- Assist with chairside 4-handed dentistry

- Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols

- Take VPS and alginate impressions, and handle model pouring and trimming

- Fabricate temporary crowns

- Place Invisalign buttons and conduct iTero scans (training provided)

- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op instructions, and general dental care

- Carry out all Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) functions

Requirements:

- Current Dental Assistant license in California

- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant Program

- CPR certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and instruments

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
