Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient
- Educate patients on oral hygiene & post-treatment care
- Assist in preparing patients for exams and treatments
- Take x-rays and maintain accurate patient records (location-dependent)
- Maintain hygiene bays & operatory rooms for smooth operations
- Set up trays, sterilize instruments, and mix dental materials
- Support dental staff during procedures, including suctioning & suture cutting
- Create custom impression trays and prepare impression materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- X-ray certification (varies by state)
- Certified Dental Assistant credentials (varies by state)
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus (location-dependent)
