Key Responsibilities:

- Gather patients' medical histories, explain treatment processes, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

- Assist the orthodontist during procedures by providing the necessary instruments, materials, and equipment while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.

- Take dental X-rays and impressions, demonstrating proficiency in operating X-ray machines and following safety protocols for accurate imaging.

- Adhere to strict infection control protocols, sterilize instruments, clean treatment areas, and maintain a safe, hygienic work environment.

- Maintain accurate patient records, update treatment progress notes, and document relevant information regarding procedures performed.

- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and caring for orthodontic appliances, while also providing guidance on their use and addressing any treatment-related questions.
