Oral surgery assistant

The Wisdom Teeth Guys are on the lookout for an exceptional Lead Oral Surgery Assistant to become part of our dynamic team. We offer a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment! You should be confident in assisting with extractions, able to work quickly, and ready to lead your fellow assistants.

Position Details:

- Work 2-3 exciting surgery days per week:

 - Thursdays in our Glendale or Gilbert offices (rotating every other Thursday)

 - Fridays in our Scottsdale or Tempe offices (rotating weekly)

 - In the future, there may be a couple of Wednesdays each month at our Central Phoenix office.

- One day a week will involve supporting the team with surgery day preparations.

Qualifications:

- A fun personality with a passion for working with patients and staff

- Strong leadership skills and a willingness to collaborate with the team

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

Work Schedule:

- Approximately 30 hours per week, with accrued PTO and holiday pay.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in oral surgery dental assisting

- RDA certification required

- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not mandatory

- Previous oral surgery experience is essential
