Oral Surgery Assistant

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Oral Surgery Assistant to join our busy practice. Travel between our Chicago (Water Tower Place) and Hoffman Estates (Saint Alexius Medical Center) locations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the oral surgeon during procedures, maintaining a sterile and efficient environment.

- Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment.

- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit.

- Take and process radiographs as necessary.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene.

- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to provide excellent care.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an oral surgery assistant.

- Proficient in dental software and digital imaging.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel between our Chicago and Hoffman Estates locations.

- Dependable with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and a calm demeanor.
