Position Summary
The Lead Oral Surgery Dental Assistant plays a key leadership role within our Oral Surgery team, ensuring excellence in patient care and clinical operations. This position requires prior experience working directly with an oral surgeon, with DAANCE certification strongly preferred. Qualifications

Proven experience working with an oral surgeon (required)
DAANCE certification (preferred)
BLS certification
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Minimum of 2 years of oral surgery experience
