Lead Oral Surgery Assistant at Wisdom Teeth Guys Phoenix, AZ

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for a superstar Lead Oral Surgery Assistant to join our dynamic and team-oriented practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident in assisting with extractions, and can lead and support a team of assistants, we want to hear from you!  

About the Position  
Exciting Surgery Days – Work 2-3 days per week in our rotating locations:  
Thursdays: Glendale or Gilbert (rotates weekly)  
Fridays: Scottsdale or Tempe (rotates weekly)  
Future Wednesdays: Central Phoenix (a couple of times per month)  
1 Day/Week: Assisting with surgical prep and team support  

30 hours per week with accrued PTO & holiday pay  

What We’re Looking For  
At least 2 years of oral surgery dental assisting experience (Required)  
RDA Certification (Required)  
Spanish-speaking a plus, but not required  
Strong leadership skills – Ability to lead and support the team  
Organized and detail-oriented – A proactive problem solver  
A fun, outgoing personality – Enjoy working with patients & staff
