We are a private PPO dental office dedicated to providing top-notch oral healthcare to both adult and pediatric patients. We offer free parking and are flexible with scheduling, providing options for both full-time and part-time employment.

Position: Lead Dental Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Escort patients to the treatment room and ensure their comfort.

- Assist dentists during general and specialized dental procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and organizing tools.

- Take and develop dental X-rays, adhering to safety and patient comfort standards.

- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and supplies for treatments.

- Provide coronal polishing and chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of the dentist for efficient workflow.

- Prepare and deliver dental materials such as fillings, crowns, and impressions.

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.

- Perform basic lab duties, including processing dental impressions and fabricating temporary crowns.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements:

- 3 years of dental assisting experience (Required)

- Proficiency in English (Required)

- Foreign-trained dentists are encouraged to apply

Schedule:

- 8-hour shifts

- Weekends as needed

Compensation:

- $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
