About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll serve as both a clinical provider and a patient advocate. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health while building lasting relationships through education and personalized care.

What We’re Looking For
Current Dental Hygienist license in Arizona
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (as required)
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with VELscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays, and electronic medical records
Open to both experienced hygienists and new graduates
Passion for continued learning and delivering preventive care
Physical & Role Requirements
Ability to perform essential clinical duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
Capability to lift up to 45 lbs as needed
Availability for occasional virtual or in-person training sessions
Additional Requirements
TB (tuberculosis) test required prior to employment (where applicable)
