General Dentistry Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Dentist to join our team and play a key role in promoting optimal oral health for our patients. This role involves not only providing excellent clinical care but also leading initiatives in patient education and dental program development. You will also help ensure compliance by creating digital dental forms aligned with ADA recommendations and CDA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Healthcare Clinical Operations Director and clinic leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality operations within the dental clinic and associated programs.  
- Perform regular quality assurance reviews on a quarterly basis or as otherwise required to maintain clinical standards.  
- Lead the recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of the dental team to uphold excellence in care and service delivery.  
- Promote preventive dental care by educating patients and supporting consistent oral health habits.  
- Assist in developing and maintaining digital clinical and business documentation in compliance with ADA and CDA standards.
