With a patient base comprising approximately 60% PPO, 35% HMO, and 5% cash-paying patients, we operate 8 dental facilities across Greater Los Angeles County, North Orange County, and San Bernardino County.

Job Description:

- Exceed patient expectations in Quality of Care and Service Excellence

- Ensure comprehensive clinical diagnoses, including specialty referrals

- Achieve high levels of Clinical Case Acceptance

- Collaborate with benefit Coordinators to achieve full Case Acceptance

- Perform all aspects of general dentistry, including Endodontics, Hygiene, and pediatric care

- Demonstrate proficiency in cosmetic and optimal dentistry

- Maintain accurate patient medical records and clinical notes

Qualifications:

- General Dentist with 3+ years of experience

- Valid license in the State of California

- Graduate from an accredited dental program

- Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently

- Highly ambitious and driven for success
