Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during procedures and patient examinations
Chart treatment plans and document patient information accurately
Take high-quality digital X-rays
Set up and break down operatories efficiently
Sterilize and maintain instruments while ensuring the lab and sterilization areas remain clean and organized
Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and health regulations
Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and team members
Support the clinical team with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Registered or Certified Dental Assistant licensure required
Radiography licensure in Pennsylvania with experience taking digital X-rays
CPR certification required
Experience with Dentrix software preferred
EFDA certification is a plus
Up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID-19 vaccination
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Dental assisting certification or specialized training preferred
Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
