Are you a newer dentist looking to grow and expand your skills beyond routine procedures? This doctor-owned practice in downtown Phoenix is seeking a driven and ambitious dentist to join our team. You’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to become a well-rounded provider capable of handling advanced procedures.

Molar Root Canals  
Implant Placement & Restoration  
Aligner Orthodontics  
Surgical Partial Boney Extractions  
Bone Grafting  
Advanced Diagnosis & Case Acceptance  
Occlusion & Laser Dentistry  
And Much More!  

Comprehensive Training & Mentorship  
- One-on-one mentorship with the owner  
- Hands-on & online CE courses (paid by the office)  
- Opportunities for ownership after a 2-year commitment  

Position Details:  
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week  
Compensation:  
- Guaranteed $900/day OR  
- 28%–32% of adjusted production (whichever is higher)
