We are looking for an  Dentist to join our team at Topaz Dentistry & Braces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care while collaborating with our dedicated support team.

Estimated Salary: $200,000+ (base pay) with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities:  
- Provide dental services to patients with the assistance of a support team.  
- Work closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and other providers to ensure exceptional patient care.  
- Participate in activities that enhance the company's positive image.  
- Contribute to the community by participating in morning huddles, organizing your day, and showcasing customer-focused examples of collaboration, goal achievement, and teamwork.  
- Enjoy working with children, as they make up 70% or more of our patient base.  
- Treat a patient base primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on location.  
- Manage an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.  
- Work with state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:  
- DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) accredited program.  
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure.  
- Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).  
- Compassionate and passionate about providing dental care to both children and adults.
