Compensation: $240,000 – $260,000 per year

Our busy and growing practice is looking for a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our exceptional team

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and treat oral health conditions, including performing cleanings, restorations, root canals, and surgical extractions.
Conduct comprehensive dental exams using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Recommend and perform preventive and cosmetic dental treatments, including sealants, fluoride applications, fillings, x-rays, and whitening when appropriate.
Develop and present personalized treatment plans in collaboration with hygienists, multi-specialty doctors, and administrative staff.
Supervise and mentor dental assistants, hygienists, associate dentists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.
Refer patients to dental specialists (orthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, or pediatric dentists) when needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with all clinical and safety standards.

Qualifications:

DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) from an ADA-accredited dental school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
Active NYS Dental License in good standing
Current CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
General Practice Residency (GPR) preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-focused attitude
NYS residency required
