Dentist $800/day guarantee

We’re a modern, technology-driven dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a comfortable, patient-first environment. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated General Dentist to join our supportive and collaborative team.

Employment Type: Full-Time (4–5 days/week preferred) | Part-Time (2–3 days with exclusive commitment considered)
Compensation: \$180,000 – \$250,000 per year (Base: \$800/day or 30% of collections)

A seasoned General Dentist with 3–5+ years of clinical experience
A long-term associate interested in growing with the practice
Coachable and open to mentorship and constructive feedback
A team player who can assist with overflow hygiene patients when needed—leave your ego at the door
Comfortable performing a wide range of procedures and dedicated to patient education and preventive care

Key Responsibilities

Perform general dental procedures including exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and more
Provide excellent chairside communication and educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Collaborate closely with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
Step in to assist with hygiene patients and provide treatment support where needed
