Temporary Dentist Opportunity

Location: Rancho Bernardo Dentistry, 16766 Bernardo Center Dr. Ste. 105, San Diego, CA 92128

Position: Temporary Dentist

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay: Starting at $95 per hour, negotiable based on experience

Rancho Bernardo Dentistry, a respected practice with over 30 years of service in our community, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dynamic team temporarily. Duties:

- Provide a comprehensive range of general dentistry services, including routine exams, fillings, crowns (CEREC), extractions, and root canal therapy.

- Conduct thorough patient exams and diagnose oral health issues.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

- Perform necessary surgeries and procedures.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical documentation.

- Stay informed about advancements in dental technology and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.

Skills:

- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures.

- Experience with root canal therapy and other specialized procedures.

- Knowledge of CAD software and its applications in dental care.

- Familiarity with medical imaging for diagnosing oral health issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Commitment to infection control and HIPAA regulations.

- Experience in a dental office setting.

Qualifications:

- Dental License (Required)

- 1 year of experience in general dentistry (Required)

- 1 year of experience with dental extractions (Preferred)

- 1 year of experience with CAD software (Required)
