Location: South San Diego | In-Person | $18–$25/hr | Full-Time

Join our friendly and professional dental team in South San Diego! We're seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or an experienced Dental Assistant (DA) to support our growing office. This is a full-time position, and we're looking to hire immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
Set up trays and instruments for dental procedures
Greet and prepare patients for treatment with care and professionalism
Take dental X-rays and intraoral photos as needed
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Record patient medical/dental history and vital signs
Provide clear post-op instructions as directed by the dentist
Document treatment details accurately in patient records
Maintain compliance with OSHA and office policies
Support practice goals through efficient workflow and excellent patient service

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of dental assisting experience (preferred)
RDA license or significant chairside experience
X-ray certification (preferred)
Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented
Committed to delivering a great patient experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)
