Dental Hygienist with Production Incentives

Smile On, a well-established and thriving dental practice in Lakeview, is currently seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team. This position offers an exciting opportunity with growth potential and a unique production-based compensation structure in our busy, patient-focused office.

Schedule:
- Tuesdays  
- Thursdays  
- Two Saturdays per month

What We’re Looking For:  
- A motivated, reliable, and compassionate professional  
- Someone who values patient education and comfort  
- An enthusiastic team player seeking a long-term role  
- Certification to administer local anesthetic (required)  
- Experience with Dentrix and Dexis is a plus, but not mandatory
