Dental Hygienist (RDH) : Monday though Thursday

Join our supportive and dynamic private practice where we prioritize patient care and professional growth. We see 8 to 10 patients daily, with one-hour appointments for recall and prophy, and 90 minutes for new patient experiences. We are currently seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Schedule:

- Monday through Thursday

- 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

- Part-time and long-term temping options available

Responsibilities:

- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth

- Utilize diode laser technology for laser-assisted periodontal therapy

- Take FMX digital dental x-rays

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations

- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed

- Maintain a sterile environment

- Document patient treatment plans, progress, and notes in dental software systems

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental hygienist

- Anesthesia certification

- Laser certification

- Arizona dental license

- Proficiency in dental software systems

- Knowledge of medical coding and insurance billing processes

Compensation:

- Pay: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour

- Expected hours: 32 per week
