Dental Hygienist Private Office PPO/FFS Full Time

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team and help create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. If you take pride in providing excellent cleanings and enjoy working in a collaborative office environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Deliver thorough, high-quality dental cleanings
Create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for patients
Manage patient flow from initial greeting through hygiene treatment and handoff to the front desk
Take digital radiographs
Assist the doctor and team as needed, including room turnover and maintaining an organized, efficient office environment
Educate patients using clear and professional dental terminology

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of prior hygiene experience
Comfortable using Dentrix or similar dental software
Knowledge of dental terminology required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn — we are happy to train the right candidate to strengthen their skill set

Schedule

Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

$440.00 – $900.00 per day
Daily pay frequently exceeds $600/day with volume bonuses
