Dental Hygienist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Biltmore Commons Dental Care. As an integral member of our dental hygiene team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will conduct dental cleanings, perform initial patient screenings, and assist dentists during examinations. You will also maintain accurate patient records, communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:  

- Conduct dental cleanings and initial patient screenings  

- Assist dentists with examinations and procedures  

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure effective communication  

- Foster a positive and supportive work environment  

Requirements:  

- Associate's degree in hygiene from an accredited institution  

- Valid state-issued hygiene license  

- CPR certification  

- Hepatitis B immunization  

- Ability to administer local anesthetics and operate an x-ray machine  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
