Dental Hygienist | Oak Hill - $55/hour + Daily Incentive

What We’re Looking For  
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist with:  
Active Texas RDH license  
Current BLS certification  
A team-first attitude, strong communication skills, and a growth mindset  

Key Responsibilities  
- Ensure patient comfort and provide a warm, welcoming experience.  
- Review health history and perform dental prophylaxis while educating patients on oral hygiene techniques.  
- Support and reassure patients, helping them manage fears or anxiety.  
- Utilize imaging, notation, and documentation standards for accurate patient records.  
- Engage patients in long-term care relationships and partner with them in their oral health journey.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $43.00 - $55.00 per hour (including production-based incentives)

Work Schedule (Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week)  
Renken Dentistry of Oak Hill – Austin, TX  
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM  
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM  
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM  

(Part-time positions also available)  

Requirements  
Education: Associate degree (Preferred)  
Experience: 1+ years in dental hygiene (Preferred)  
License: Registered Dental Hygienist (Preferred)  
Relocation: Must relocate to Austin, TX before starting
