Dental Hygienist Monday Wednesday Friday

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive dental care while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will perform dental cleanings, evaluate oral health, educate patients on proper hygiene, and assist the dentist during exams and procedures. The ideal candidate is state-licensed, experienced, and passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients into the treatment area and ensure they feel comfortable
Review and discuss treatment plans with patients and answer questions
Prepare and sterilize instruments for exams and procedures
Record medical histories and take vital signs as needed
Perform preliminary oral health exams and assessments
Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
Remove plaque and tartar and perform professional dental cleanings
Apply fluoride treatments and preventive care measures
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and habits
Take and process dental X-rays
Assist the dentist during exams and procedures when needed
Follow all HIPAA regulations, safety standards, and office protocols
Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred)
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
3–5+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred
Strong understanding of dental safety guidelines and HIPAA compliance
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Excellent communication, patient care, and customer service skills
