Minimum Qualifications

Current Texas Dental Hygienist License
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (where required)
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

2+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience
Experience with:

Velscope
Diagnodent
Digital scanners
Digital X-rays
Electronic medical record systems
Commitment to continued learning and clinical skill development

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
Availability to attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions

Additional Requirement

To maintain a safe environment for both team members and patients, all new dental office hires must complete a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment. This will be arranged during the pre-employment process.
