James W. Brown DDS is excited to announce an opportunity for a Part-Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) in San Antonio, Texas. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a dedicated hygienist to join our thriving team!

Part-Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) Schedule:

- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen patients during check-ups

- Review patients' medical and dental histories

- Administer prophylactic treatments, including scaling and polishing

- Document existing restorations

- Take and review X-rays

- Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques

- Conduct screenings and assist patients with their oral hygiene practices

Qualifications:

- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) certification required

- New graduates are welcome to apply!

- Preferably 1 year of experience as a practicing Dental Hygienist in a busy private practice setting

- Knowledge in periodontics is preferred

- Current BLS/CPR certifications

- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
