Pay Range: $50 - $60 per hour (negotiable based on experience)  
Sign-On or Relocation Bonus:  
- Up to $12,000 for full-time  
- $5,000 for part-time

Your Role & Responsibilities:  
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care while working alongside a dedicated dental team.  

Patient Care & Clinical Duties:  
- Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications under the general supervision of a dentist.  
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and overall dental health.  
- Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and guide patients through their treatment process.  
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality care while ensuring patient comfort.  
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.  

Compliance & Office Support:  
- Follow all government regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.  
- Support same-day care opportunities to enhance patient experience.  
- Assist with x-rays, patient charting, and documentation when necessary.  

What We’re Looking For:  
Active Dental Hygienist License (in good standing)  
CPR (BLS) Certification from AHA or ARC (hands-on skill assessment required)  
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills  
Commitment to patient care, education, and comfort
