What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate starting at $60/hour plus bonus commission

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
Educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care
Administer local anesthesia and apply dental sealants as needed
Take and develop dental X-rays while following safety protocols
Collaborate with dentists to assess oral health and assist with treatment planning
Provide pre- and post-operative care and guidance for oral procedures
Monitor periodontal health and assist in developing treatment plans for gum disease
Maintain accurate patient records of procedures, recommendations, and progress
Stay current with dental hygiene advancements through continuing education

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Licensed to practice as a Dental Hygienist in the state (RDH)
Experience in comprehensive dental cleanings and preventive care
Proficiency in X-rays, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screenings
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing a comfortable experience
Dedication to ongoing professional development and learning
