Dental Hygienist

We’re looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team and help deliver exceptional care and personalized experiences. As a vital member of our practice, you’ll support comprehensive treatment planning, build lasting relationships with patients, and contribute to the overall success of the office.

What You’ll Do

Patient Experience & Relationship Building  
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for every patient  
- Foster trust and rapport to encourage long-term relationships  
- Deliver outstanding service with a friendly and interactive approach  

Oral Health Education & Sales Support  
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, procedures, and treatment options  
- Promote preventative care and support case acceptance through education  
- Confidently answer patient questions to support informed decisions  

Treatment Planning  
- Collaborate with dentists to develop and support comprehensive treatment plans  
- Communicate patient needs clearly and thoroughly during case discussions  

Clinical Hygiene Care  
- Perform routine and advanced hygiene procedures:  
 - Prophylaxis  
 - Debridement  
 - Scaling and Root Planing  
 - Oral Cancer Screenings  
 - X-rays and Intraoral Imaging  
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols  

Team Collaboration  
- Work seamlessly with the dental team to ensure efficient, productive operations  
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment  
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed to maintain smooth clinic flow  

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the dental field  
- Knowledge of or experience with:  
 - Laser technology  
 - Arestin  
 - Invisalign (preferred, not required)  
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills  
- A passion for educating patients and improving oral health  
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
