Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 paid over 6 months, plus a loan repayment program for dental hygiene education.

We are seeking a gentle and skilled dental hygienist to enhance the efficiency and comfort of our dental office for patients. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, perform thorough periodontal assessments, and educate patients about our services. We value coachability and mentorship, so we’re looking for a supportive team player who is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer comfortable injections with a gentle touch.

- Conduct cancer screenings and other vital assessments.

- Collaborate effectively with the team and embrace feedback to improve your skills.

- Utilize technology, such as the iTero scanner, to educate patients; knowledge of Invisalign is a plus.

- Pay close attention to detail and have a solid understanding of various dental procedures, particularly periodontal treatments, including but not limited to:

 - Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)

 - Perio Protect Gel trays

 - Laser bacteria decontamination

 - Pinhole surgical technique

 - Gum grafting

Dental Hygienist Requirements:

- Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene

- Valid state-issued hygiene license

- Current CPR certification

- Ability to administer local anesthetics

- Proficiency in operating an x-ray machine

- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

- Comfortable with various computer tasks

- Well-versed in oral hygiene and dental health topics
