Dental Hygienist - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Earning Potential: Enjoy a competitive compensation package with earnings ranging from $65,000 to $74,500+ per year on a part-time schedule!

Schedule: Part-time, with hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, plus alternating Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM—guaranteed hours!

Sign-On Bonus: Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 60 days.

Must-Haves to Join Our Team:

- Degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license  

- CPR certification  

- Certification in local anesthesia administration

Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you'll focus on improving patients' oral health by:  

- Reviewing and updating dental x-rays and chart notes, and maintaining dental equipment  

- Recording detailed narratives and probing depths for insurance claims  

- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations  

- Sterilizing and maintaining dental supplies  

- Performing Scaling and Root Planing and/or Prophylaxis  

- Applying fluoride varnish and sealants  

- Serving as a point of escalation for patient and team relations  

- Maintaining a safe environment for both patients and staff  

Qualifications:

- Current certification from an accredited Hygiene Program  

- Current CPR certification  

- Strong leadership and communication skills  

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities  

- Previous experience with Eaglesoft dental software is preferred
