Dental Hygienist - $5,000 sign on bonus

Earning Potential: Enjoy a competitive compensation package that allows you to earn between $65,000 and $74,500+ per year with a part-time schedule!

Schedule: Part-Time, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, and alternating Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM with guaranteed hours!

Sign-On Bonus: Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 60 days of employment.

- A degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license

- Current CPR certification

- Certification in local anesthesia administration

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, you will focus on enhancing our patients' oral health hygiene in relation to the mouth-body connection, which includes:

- Reviewing and updating dental X-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and the X-ray machine

- Documenting detailed narratives and probing depths for claims

- Ensuring OSHA and HIPAA compliance

- Sterilizing and maintaining dental supplies

- Successfully performing Scaling and Root Planing and/or Prophylaxis

- Excelling at placing fluoride varnish and sealants

- Acting as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations

- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:

- Current certification from an accredited hygiene program

- Current CPR certification

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is preferred
