Dental Hygienist - $5,000 sign on bonus

Earning Potential: Join us for a competitive compensation package offering $65,000 - $74,500+/year on a part-time basis!  

Schedule: Part-time, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 AM - 5 PM, alternating Fridays 8 AM - 5 PM with guaranteed hours!  

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 bonus after 60 days.  

Dr. Chung and the Birdseye Dental team are excited to be part of Imagen Dental Partners as we grow our private practice! We seek a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team committed to dental excellence.

Must-Haves:

- Strong empathy and patient care skills for our diverse clientele  

- Degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program with a valid state license  

- CPR certification and local anesthesia certification  

Responsibilities:

- Discuss oral health hygiene related to the mouth-body connection  

- Review dental x-rays and maintain equipment  

- Document detailed narratives for claims and ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance  

- Sterilize supplies and perform scaling/root planning and prophylaxis  

- Administer fluoride varnish and sealants  

- Act as a point of escalation for patient and team relations  

- Maintain a safe environment for all  

Qualifications:  

- Current certification from an accredited Hygiene Program and CPR certification  

- Strong leadership and communication skills  

- Excellent written and verbal communication  

- Eaglesoft experience preferred
