Dental Care Specialist (Hiring Immediately)

We’re looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to help us provide exceptional dental care at Cosmetic Dentistry of San Antonio. In this part-time role, you’ll have the flexibility to choose your days while making a meaningful impact on our patients’ smiles.  

As a hygienist, you’ll conduct thorough dental exams, assist with procedures, and perform cleanings to ensure our patients leave with a brighter, healthier smile. If you’re passionate about educating patients on oral health and want to grow your dental hygiene career, we want to hear from you!

Compensation:  
$40 - $43 per hour  

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure patient comfort by communicating with them before, during, and after appointments  
- Take dental impressions for accurate fittings of mouthguards, dentures, etc.  
- Examine oral health and gather patient histories to support effective care  
- Take x-ray images to assist dentists in identifying oral health concerns, such as cavities  
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients for maintaining good oral health after procedures  

Qualifications:  
- 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene  
- Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state  
- Strong communication and customer service skills**  
- Knowledge of HIPAA and dental safety regulations  
- Ability to stand for long periods while assisting patients
