Dental Assistant — Full-Time (Competitive Salary + Benefits)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and periodontal treatments.
Capture and process digital X-rays and intraoral images; maintain accurate radiographic documentation.
Educate patients on procedures and provide clear post-operative instructions.
Maintain accurate clinical notes, patient charts, and electronic health records (EHR).
Support front office tasks such as scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and insurance verification when needed.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper functioning of dental equipment.
Adhere to all infection control, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Dental Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of chairside experience preferred; strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Current CPR certification required; radiography certification as required by state regulations.
Familiarity with digital imaging systems and dental practice management software.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to patient-centered care.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
