Dental Assistant (RDA or DA)

We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice seeking a skilled and dependable Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our exceptional team. What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of dental assisting experience (RDA or DA)
Strong knowledge of chairside assisting, sterilization, and infection control protocols
X-ray license required (California)
Experience with digital X-rays and modern dental technology
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and follow direction in a fast-paced clinical environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues when needed
Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and confidence
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization protocols
Take digital X-rays and dental impressions
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
Support the team in delivering exceptional patient care and experiences

Full-time (~38 hours per week)
Monday – Friday

Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour
