Dental Assistant (Modern Practice | iTero | Bonus Opportunities)

As a part of our practice, you’ll work closely with a caring doctor who is passionate about creating a supportive, positive work culture where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort throughout
Set up and organize instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures
Sterilize instruments according to safety and regulatory guidelines
Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry techniques
Complete lab tasks as assigned
Provide clear instructions on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dental room

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a dental assistant
Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization protocols
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to perform non-surgical tasks, like coronal polishing (a plus)
Proficient in basic computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
High school diploma (Dental Assistant certification is preferred)
Bilingual candidates are a plus

Compensation:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
