We’re currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team!

What You’ll Be Doing:  
- Assist dentists during a wide variety of procedures  
- Take digital x-rays and scans  
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms  
- Take dental impressions  
- Deliver exceptional patient care and communication  
- Maintain a “patient first, team first” attitude  
- Stay up-to-date on dental procedures and tools  
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations  

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)  
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology  
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills  
- Basic computer skills  
- Willingness to travel to other Swish locations as needed  

Education & Certifications:  
- High school diploma or equivalent  
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program  
- Texas RDA License (required with 1+ year of certification)  
- Current CPR and/or BLS certification

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:  
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods  
- May require lifting objects up to 50 lbs  
- Exposure to clinical environments, including sharp instruments and chemicals  
- Repetitive hand/wrist/finger motions  
- High attention to accuracy and detail  
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting
