You’ll be working directly with the doctor and playing a vital role in keeping our clinical flow smooth and stress-free.
What You’ll Do
Assist the dentist with a variety of procedures including exams, fillings, implants, veneers, Invisalign, and extractions
Prepare and set up rooms, instruments, and materials before each procedure
Sterilize equipment and maintain strict infection control standards
Take digital X-rays and assist with diagnostic procedures
Accurately update patient records in our electronic health system
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
Help manage scheduling and patient flow for a seamless day
Track inventory and order supplies as needed
Create a warm, calming experience for each patient
Follow all safety, health, and compliance regulations
Who You Are
High school diploma or equivalent (dental assistant certification preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in a dental assisting role
Proficient in dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols
Comfortable with dental software and EHR systems
Clear, kind communicator who connects well with patients and teammates
Organized and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in care
X-Ray license (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification and basic first aid knowledge
Spanish-speaking is a plus
Willing to continue learning and growing in your role
What We Offer
\$26–\$30/hr + bonus pay
Full-time schedule: 37+ hours/week (Tuesday–Friday + admin Mondays)

X-Ray Certification (Required)
Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience (Required)
Ability to commute to 90017 (Required)
BLS/Infection Control certification (Preferred)
Spanish proficiency (Preferred)
