Dental Assistant Job at Chicago Loop Dentistry in Chicago

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to provide coverage a few days per week on an as-needed basis. This position is ideal for a reliable professional looking to pick up occasional shifts while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
Proficiency in four-handed dentistry
Confident using intraoral scanners
Skilled in taking intraoral photos and dental X-rays
Active Coronal Polishing License required

Key Responsibilities

Anticipate the doctor’s needs during dental procedures
Set up, prepare, and break down equipment and instruments
Capture accurate intraoral photos, scans, and X-rays
Educate patients on post-operative and at-home oral care instructions
Sterilize instruments and maintain compliance with all regulations
