We partner with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and PACE programs to bring high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients who need it most.

Base Location: Central / North Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time (4 days per week)
Compensation:$27/hour + mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile (round trip)
Travel: Extensive statewide travel required; overnight lodging provided

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Traveling Dental Assistant to join our mission-driven mobile care team. This full-time role involves extensive travel throughout Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, and surrounding regions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and meaningful work while making a direct impact on underserved senior populations.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to senior care facilities statewide to support mobile dental clinics
Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment
Assist the dentist chairside and help manage patient flow
Adhere to all OSHA, infection control, and sterilization standards
Document procedures and assist with light administrative duties
Ensure patients feel informed, safe, and comfortable throughout treatment

Travel Expectations

The role requires the ability and willingness to travel throughout all regions of Arizona, including:

West: Yuma
North: Flagstaff, Prescott
South: Sierra Vista
East: Show Low, Globe, Safford

Mileage is reimbursed at $0.70 per mile (round trip), and overnight lodging is provided when extended travel is required.

Requirements

Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (per Arizona state requirements)
Current Radiation Certification
Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards
Clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to lift and transport equipment (25–50 lbs.)
Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening
Professional, punctual, adaptable, and mission-focused
