Dental Assistant – Competitive Pay & Growth Opportunity
Starting at \$18/hr, with higher rates for experienced candidates!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist chairside during a wide range of procedures to ensure patient comfort and clinical efficiency
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and organizing supplies
Support procedures including cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with safety standards
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Coordinate with front office staff to maintain smooth patient flow
Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a general dentistry setting (preferred)
Strong understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
Proficiency in taking and developing dental radiographs
Excellent organizational and communication skills
A friendly, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
Experience with Dentrix Ascend (a plus, but not required)
