Dental Assistant

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. You’ll work closely with our dental team to provide high-quality care and keep everything running smoothly.

Starting at \$18/hour, with higher rates available for candidates with strong experience and skills!

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary materials
Support treatments including cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals
Sterilize, handle, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Coordinate with the front office team to ensure efficient patient flow
Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a general dentistry setting (preferred)
Solid understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
Proficiency in taking and processing dental X-rays
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and a friendly, team-oriented attitude
Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
