Dental Assistant

We are a busy and patient-focused dental office seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional care. The ideal candidate will assist during a range of dental procedures and help maintain efficient clinical operations. We're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and passionate about patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are properly equipped for procedures
Assist dentists during a variety of treatments, including general dentistry, pediatric care, and prosthodontics
Take, develop, and accurately document dental X-rays
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols
Support smooth workflow and daily operations within the dental clinic
Be open to cross-training and supporting other areas of the practice as needed

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office and as a dental assistant (both required)
X-ray Proficiency: Confident in taking and processing dental radiographs
Clinical Knowledge: Familiar with general dentistry and prosthodontic procedures
Infection Control: Skilled in maintaining a sterile and safe environment
Team Player: Willingness to be cross-trained and support the team wherever needed

Additional Information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay Range: \$15.00 – \$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
