Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate will seamlessly transition between front desk responsibilities and assisting duties to ensure exceptional customer service. You will support both the dentist and hygienist with administrative tasks and basic dental procedures. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to making clinical processes as smooth as possible for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for hygiene treatments or check-ups, ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up necessary instruments, equipment, and materials
- Sterilize instruments in accordance with regulations
- Assist with lab tasks as directed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked dental room
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Assist with payment procedures
Skills:
- Proficient in taking x-rays
- Knowledgeable about dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to perform non-surgical tasks, such as coronal polishing (a plus)
- Good computer skills and familiarity with dental software
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Reliable and well-organized team player
- Licensed RDA
- Familiarity with dental insurance is a plus

- Salary: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
