Dental Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental 360. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, patient-focused, compassionate, and dependable, with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients and team members

- Prepare patients for exams, treatments, and presentations

- Assist the Doctor with necessary instruments and materials for procedures

- Sterilize instruments and clean operatory rooms

- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA regulations

- Take X-rays as needed

- Provide high-quality patient care

- Perform all duties professionally and collaboratively

- Maintain regular attendance

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus

- Knowledge of Dentrix software and cross-training in front and back office tasks are beneficial

Job Details:

- Type: Full-time

- Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
