Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and professional Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using Open Dental, Overjet, and Nomad X-ray systems, and possess strong four-handed chairside assisting abilities.

Duties:

- Assist the dentist with examinations and treatment procedures, including charting and appointment scheduling.

- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following OSHA standards.

- Take and develop digital dental X-rays.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and postoperative care.

- Perform tasks such as iTero scanning, ZOOM whitening, and making night guards.

- Manage inventory and supplies in the dental office.

Qualifications:

- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program, or 1-2 years of relevant experience.

- Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques.

- Experience with ZOOM Whitening and iTero scanning.

- Knowledge of prosthodontics, general dentistry, endodontics, and Invisalign.

- Familiarity with Open Dental and AI Overjet software.

- Understanding of dental anatomy terminology.
